Payment for all services is due at the time of registration.

 

Cancellation & usage policies

Consistency is a central key to success in training. Our modern lives tend to be busy, complicated, and over-booked, but cancelling or postponing training sessions is actively detrimental to your progress and ultimate success in reaching your training goals.

 

For this reason, and out of respect for our schedules and other clients waiting for their turn:

• Packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-redeemable for credit or cash value.

• There are no refunds or credits for appointments that have been missed and/or cancelled. Rescheduled appointments will be billed at our hourly rate.

• All training must be used within the timeframe of the package - i.e. 8 week package must be used within the agreed pre-scheduled timeline.

• Pups with true veterinary emergencies and a veterinarian's note are given an exception, and we are happy to help should a medical emergency arise.  Medical emergencies include infectious disease, injuries that prevent mobility, and surgeries that were not pre-planned. Please note that spay/neuter surgeries are pre-scheduled and are not considered a medical emergency.

• If we have to cancel an appointment due to uncontrollable circumstances we’ll reschedule for a time that works for you.

Mileage Charges

Because extra travel reduces the number of clients we can serve, mileage charges apply for private training sessions outside St. John’s metro*.  Tell us in an email or phone call where you live and we’ll give you the exact fee to factor into whether we’re the right fit for you and your dog. 

*Metro areas include: Chamberlains, Foxtrap, Kelligrews, Long Pond, Logy Bay, Manuels, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Portugal Cove-St. Philips, Topsail, Torbay.
